Sesi began singing at the tender age of 8 in her hometown of Amarillo Tx. By the age of 10, she was touring with a full band, known then as Cecilia y Los Reno Boyz. In 2001 Sesi released her first full studio album produced by Pete Astudillo, titled "Chiquita Pero Picosa", she was 14.
Sesi went from a young girl to a full fledged woman in 2004 with the release of her debut album under Q Zone Records with Abraham Quintanilla as Executive producer, self titled "Sesi". The album included "Ya No Seras" written by Ricky Vela, who wrote Selena's hit "No Me Queda Mas". Sesi went on to promote her album by doing radio promo, and performances. In 2005 Sesi went on the Nationally Syndicated show "Sabado Gigante" with Don Francisco, she performed her hit "Baila Mi Baby. Also in 2005, she won "Rising Star Female of the Year" at the TTMA's.
In 2006 Sesi Married.
In 2008 Sesi released her second studio album with Q Zone Record titled "Mucha Mujer". This album showed off her vocal range and skill, full of cumbias and ballads. After releasing "Mucha Mujer" Sesi decided to take a hiatus and focus on her family.
in 2012 Sesi was featured on Shara's "Shine Tu Luz" single.
2014 Sesi released her rendition of the mega hit "Aqui Estoy Yo" with the music video becoming a hit of its own on youtube with over 35,000 views.

2016 Sesi was featured on latin christian pop artist Gabriel Aguinaga's album titled "Cristo Vive". Available on all major music download outlets.
2020 Sesi has taken a break from recording,but focused on her passion in various ways, she has worked with local catholic school choirs.. now is a vocal coach, worked with coaching Corpus Christi sensation, Julissa Villarreal lead singer of the young klassics.
2022. Sesi is now touring with her cover band "The Sesi Lopez Band" They are a fun energetic band, who performs both private and public events.
